30-Day Return Window

 

You may return your bracelet within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, as long as the following conditions are met.

To be eligible for a return:

• The bracelet must be in perfect, unused condition — unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• You must contact us at Celexart@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of receiving your item, with clear photos. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer store credit.

• Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized items.
• Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
